The WhosOn Live Tracking And Chat Client works with your existing Hosted or Installable WhosOn account to let you connect to the WhosOn Server.

The iPhone WhosOn Live Tracking And Chat Client lets you see in real time the visitors to your website and interact with them by live chat.
WhosOn shows you live stats - it displays what is happening on your site in real time. You can watch visitors arrive at your site and move from page to page. You can see who referred them and where they are in the world.
Whilst browsing your site a visitor can click a Live Help button and instantly begin chatting to a real person in your organization. You can answer their questions and help them through the sales process. You can even push a page to them to help direct them to the correct part of your site. In addition, you can choose to initiate a chat with a visitor by sending them an invite request.
You must have a minimum WhosOn Server version of 5.2 for this to function.
Please note that this application does not currently support Push notifications or running in the background.
